Halo 7, founded by Ashley Jackson and JeNai Stanley from Chicago, is a small batch rum with natural vanilla, caramel, and coconut notes. I would love to try this rum in a painkiller or even a rum hot toddy!

ALWAYS BUY: Rhum Barbancourt

Barbancourt is another staple in my apartment bar, particularly their white rum — its spicy and herbal notes make it perfect for thyme and rosemary daiquiris! I consistently reach for their 8yr rum when I’m shaking or stirring cold brew cocktails and sidecar riffs.
